NH4TRUMP |
LONDONDERRY, NH — Amid the turbulent and contentious 2024 campaign cycle, one organization emerged as the backbone of President Donald J. Trump’s presence in New Hampshire—NH4TRUMP. Founded by disabled Army veteran and former Department of Justice officer Bob “Kooch” Coutu, NH4TRUMP was not part of the official campaign apparatus, but proved itself time and again as the most effective and visible pro-Trump movement in the state. What began as a grassroots response to persistent failures in addition to active obstruction by Republican Party establishment operatives, quickly evolved into a powerful coalition of loyal citizens dedicated to defending the President’s America First agenda.
Coutu created NH4TRUMP not for recognition, but out of necessity. Despite the overwhelming enthusiasm from everyday Granite Staters, the official New Hampshire campaign infrastructure, under the direction of President Trump-hire Stephen Stepanek and his assistant Trevor Nagleiri, routinely ignored, obstructed, or suppressed volunteer-led efforts. What should have been a united front in a battleground state quickly devolved into internal warfare. MAGA supporters were met with derision, their contributions sidelined, and their access to resources—especially campaign signs—stonewalled. NH4TRUMP filled that void and more.
Through independent coordination and with the help of dedicated local volunteers, NH4TRUMP organized over twenty weekly Trump flag waves throughout the state. These events occurred across many different cities and towns, even during times when public support for President Trump was under attack. In addition, NH4TRUMP orchestrated over five massive vehicle convoys, each drawing more than 500 participants from across New England and beyond. These parades traveled through Manchester, Litchfield, Hudson, Londonderry, and Windham, concluding at the American Legion in Pelham with large-scale patriotic barbecues. Other grassroots vehicle convoys extended up and down the Seacoast and others into the North Country of New Hampshire; some were carried out in collaboration with our Trump allies in Massachusetts that crossed state lines. These convoys—composed of Trump-branded vehicles, flags, music, and supporters of all ages—brought unprecedented energy to the state’s political landscape.
Videos taken by Bob Coutu from these events were shared directly with President Trump, several of which the President reposted to his official Truth Social account with messages such as “Thank you New Hampshire!” The President’s acknowledgment inspired even more local support and deepened the connection between the people and their chosen leader. But while the people rallied, the establishment recoiled. Campaign leadership reportedly viewed the NH4TRUMP success not as a benefit, but as a threat to their control.
What really happened in NH?
NH4TRUMP did not stop at visibility. Volunteers took it upon themselves to obtain and review official voter registration records from their cities and towns. They used this data to conduct strategic, targeted door knocking that focused only on likely Trump supporters. Meanwhile, the campaign relied on a software tool called Campaign Sidekick, which dialed pre-registered phone numbers (by who?), directed irrelevant leads, incorrect or out-of-service phone numbers, voters aligned with other parties and few that seemed favorable toward President Trump. While NH4TRUMP made real connections with real voters, the campaign seemed more focused on collecting inflated quantitative metrics that could be used to justify salaries and preserve internal job security.
One of NH4TRUMP’s most effective operations came in the form of a statewide sign distribution campaign. After months of frustration among residents who were turned away from campaign headquarters when requesting signs, NH4TRUMP stepped in. Working around the campaign’s bureaucracy, they coordinated truckloads of signs and had them distributed across the entire state in just a few days. The operation restored morale, reestablished visibility, and proved—once again—that the grassroots could do what the establishment refused to.
Despite leading the charge in nearly every pro-Trump activity in New Hampshire, NH4TRUMP was deliberately excluded from all media coverage. Friendly conservative outlets and mainstream press alike ignored their efforts, even as thousands of videos and images flooded social media under the hashtag #NH4TRUMP and across their Rumble page. NH4TRUMP leadership believes this silence was not accidental, but intentional—a coordinated effort to suppress the authentic MAGA base in favor of establishment control.
One of NH4TRUMP’s early champions was Karoline Leavitt, a New Hampshire native and now the White House Press Secretary for President Trump. During the early stages of the campaign, Leavitt played a key role in ensuring NH4TRUMP videos and updates made their way to the President. Many of the same NH4TRUMP volunteers had worked behind the scenes during her congressional campaign.
In the past year, however, Leavitt has grown distant from NH4TRUMP and the New Hampshire grassroots. Unfortunately, with Karoline’s disengagement from the grassroots, the President has had no way of knowing all the massive and successful events we have had and continue to have on his behalf in the Granite State since June of 2024. Whether this is due to her demanding national responsibilities, new family obligations as a mother, or a strategic distancing from the political infighting within the NH campaign structure remains unclear. Regardless, NH4TRUMP remains proud of her accomplishments and continues to support her in her role representing the President and the America First movement.
Perhaps the most painful and unjust incident of the campaign came with the targeting of Dylan Quattrucci, Assistant Deputy State Director for the NH Trump Team under Trevor, and the only staffer truly aligned with the MAGA base. Dylan, a charismatic and passionate advocate for President Trump, was and remains beloved by the grassroots. His work ethic, loyalty, and direct engagement with supporters made him a threat to the political establishment embedded within the campaign. According to multiple sources, bad actors already positioned within the Trump campaign unearthed an old video of Dylan from January 6 and leaked it to liberal media outlets in what many here consider an orchestrated internal hit job. When the video went viral, it was not outside forces, but individuals with political aspirations within the Trump campaign itself who demanded from Stepanek that Dylan face disciplinary action.
Rather than defend a loyal and effective team member, campaign leadership eagerly yeilded to pressure from within. Dylan was demoted and reassigned within the state, a move widely viewed by NH MAGA as punitive and unjust. Despite receiving no formal discipline based on wrongdoing, the message was clear: Dylan was no longer welcome in a leadership capacity. Faced with this humiliation and lack of support from those in charge, Dylan ultimately made the difficult decision to resign. His departure was not one of defeat, but of dignity. His only offense, as NH4TRUMP leadership has repeatedly emphasized, was being genuinely loyal to President Trump—and too closely aligned with the grassroots to be controlled by the establishment class.
Dylan was not only critical to President Trump’s grassroots efforts in New Hampshire—he was also instrumental in the level of success Karoline Leavitt experienced during her New Hampshire congressional run. His relentless efforts on the ground, connection with voters, and credibility within the MAGA base were pivotal in building early momentum and helping to translate grassroots enthusiasm into tangible campaign visibility for her. His loyalty to both Karoline and President Trump was unwavering.
After the NH MAGA grassroots watched how the campaign sidelined Dylan and his career, many of the most active volunteers abandoned the campaign altogether. Confidence in the state leadership was shattered. Attempts by NH4TRUMP and allied grassroots leaders to elevate the issue by reaching out directly to higher-ranking members in the national campaign structure were met with silence. There was zero response and zero attempt at damage control. For a period following the incident, the headquarters was devoid of volunteers—only paid staff remained. Despite this, Stephen Stepanek continued to report up the chain that the New Hampshire Trump campaign had thousands of volunteers actively engaged. These were blatant fabrications, verified as false by multiple paid staff inside the campaign office in addition to grassroot observation. The disconnect between reality on the ground and what was being reported to national leadership could not have been more stark.
Another display of unethical, heartless cruelty by campaign leadership occurred months later, after the dust had settled from Dylan’s removal. Dylan had received multiple official email invitations and confirmations to attend the Primary Night Watch Party—an event he had earned through his hard work and unwavering dedication to President Trump in New Hampshire. He waited in line like everyone else, passed through Secret Service screening, and was cleared for entry based on verified RSVPs. Once inside, and only after the room had filled with guests, NH Trump Team leadership demanded the Secret Service remove him from the venue. Dylan had done absolutely nothing wrong. There was no cause, no provocation, and no policy violation. It was a premeditated act of humiliation, done purely to hurt and disgrace him one final time—in front of everyone.
This, Bob Coutu says, is exactly who these people are.
Through it all, Bob “Kooch” Coutu remained a constant. Despite suffering from chronic back pain and other debilitating service-connected disabilities, he ran NH4TRUMP primarily from home, appearing in person only when physically able and always alongside his wife, Khinly.
Coutu is also a self-taught hobbyist graphic artist and videographer—not for hire—whose creative work has been used extensively to support the President’s image online across multiple social media platforms, at local and national events, and at Trump rallies. His designs have been shared widely and incorporated into MAGA promotional materials. He is documented as having met President Trump in person on many occasions and maintains close ties to individuals within the President’s inner circle. Although he does not currently ride a motorcycle, Coutu also serves as the President of the New Hampshire chapter of the Born to Ride for 45 organization, a national pro-Trump motorcycle group that unites patriotic riders in support of President Trump’s legacy and America First vision, founded by National President of the organization, George Colella.
Coutu’s leadership is not driven by ego, money, or political ambition. Like many in NH4TRUMP, he operates on principle. They believe that the Republican Party cannot be saved by consultants or insiders—it can only be preserved by the people. NH4TRUMP recognizes every single individual in the state who has fought for President Trump as one of their own, regardless of affiliation, title, or connection to any organization. If you have worked to promote President Trump in New Hampshire, you are NH4TRUMP.
“We came very close,” Coutu stated. “If the actual Trump campaign supported us instead of silencing and disparaging us, we would have overcome the aspects which tilt our elections here and turned New Hampshire red.”
“We’re not in this for recognition,” he continued. “We’re in this because we love God, we love our country, and we love and trust President Trump.”
NH4TRUMP remains the voice of New Hampshire’s MAGA base—a reminder that when the establishment fails, the people will always rise.
