Hope that felony was worth a director role... Will be hard to even get a dishwasher job if it stands as one. Maybe things will get better with a plea down to misdemeanor, but most HR and hiring managers will not look kindly on a Director and mature adult that has a fresh crime on his record, especially one that was caused by emotional lack of judgement and control.
