प्रधानमंत्री संसद से बचकर क्यों भाग रहे हैं, राफ़ेल मामले में लोकसभा में हुई चर्चा के दौरान भी सवालों का जवाब देने नहीं आये..

कांग्रेस पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता ने AICC ऑफिस में प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए बीजेपी सरकार पर बड़े प्रशन चिन्ह खड़े किये उन्होंने कहा, दूसरी संस्थाओं की आड़ ले कर लुका-छिपी खेलना इस सरकार के लिये सही नहीं है और वो बेनक़ाब हो रही है, सीबीआई निदेशक को हटाने का पूरा आधार सीवीसी की रिपोर्ट थी, जबकि सीवीसी न तो नियुक्त करती है और न ही हटा सकती है, सरकार द्वारा सीवीसी के कार्यालय का दुरुपयोग किया गया है, सीबीआई निदेशक के ख़िलाफ़ सीवीसी रिपोर्ट में १० में से ६ आरोप निराधार माने गये हैं..और ४आरोप भविष्य की जाँच के लायक़ माने गये हैं, अस्थाना के आरोपों के आधार पर समिति ने आलोक वर्मा को निदेशक पद से हटाया, जबकि हाई कोर्ट ने अस्थाना की याचिका को ख़ारिज कर उनके ख़िलाफ़ जाँच समयबद्ध तरीक़े से पूरा करने का आदेश दिया है, ये पूरा कारनामा सरकार ने अपने आप को राफ़ेल या अन्य आरोपों से बचाने के लिये अंजाम दिया है.

The least you have to do as a Committee is to hear his side before removing him. Mr. Kharge repeatedly asked for the same,CVC neither has a role of appointing the CBI Chief nor removing him, 6 of the 10 allegations made by CVC are considered unsubstantiated by CVC itself, Regarding one of the remaining 4 charges, the CVC report says that there is “no evidence of payment of bribe”, and that “further investigation required for verifying circumstantial evidence, Committee has removed CBI Chief Alok Verma based on allegations of Rakesh Asthana, whose plea to quash the FIR against him was dismissed by High Court and ordered a time-bound investigation against him, Is it not strange that Rakesh Asthana, who himself is under investigation in an FIR, was the basis of CBI Chief Alok Verma's removal?
