राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजीत डोभाल के बेटे विवेक डोभाल की कंपनी को लेकर एक अंग्रेजी मैगजीन के खुलासे के बाद देश में सियासी तूफान मच गया है. कांग्रेस नेता जयराम रमेश ने आशंका जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि नोटबंदी और टैक्स हेवन के जरिए भारत में पैसा आने के बीच जरूर कोई संबंध है.उन्होंने कहा - 2011 में भाजपा ने काले धन, गुप्त बैंकों और टैक्स हैवन पर एक समिति का गठन किया था, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार श्री डोवाल जी मोदी सरकार के शासन की त्रिमूर्ति हैं, 8 नवम्बर, 2016 को प्रधानमंत्री ने नोटबंदी की घोषणा की। 13 दिन बाद राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार के बेटे टैक्स हेवन केमैन आईलैंड में जीएनवाई एशिया फंड खोलते हैं, 2000 से 2017 तक 17 सालों में केमैन आईलैंड से 8300 करोड़ का एफडीआई आता है।
अप्रैल 2017 से मार्च 2018 में मात्र एक साल में केमैन आईलैंड से 8300 करोड़ रुपया आता है, यानी जो एफडीआई केमैन आईलैंड से 17 साल में आता है, करीब उतना पैसा एक साल में केमैन आईलैंड से आता है, हम मांग करते हैं कि आरबीआई इस बात का विवरण प्रकाशित करे कि एक साल में केमैन आईलैंड से जो पैसा आया है वो कौन लेकर आया है, हम राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार से मांग करते हैं कि जो मांग आपने 8 साल पहले की थी, उस मांग को आप पूरा कीजिए, जो पैसा 17 साल में आया उतना 12 महीने में आता है और बिल्कुल नोटबंदी के बाद आता है और जीएनवाई एशिया फंड की स्थापना के बाद आता है, जीएनवाई एशिया के दो निदेशक हैं एक तो विवेक डोवाल हैं दूसरा डॉन डब्लू ईबैंक्स है, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार के दो पुत्र हैं एक विवेक डोवाल और दूसरा शौर्य डोवाल। जीएनवाई एशिया के जाल में दोनों बेटे फंसे हुए हैं। ये बिल्कुल डी-कंपनी की तरह है, जीएनवाई एशिया और जीयूस कंपनी के बीच क्या रिश्ता है?नोटबंदी और टैक्स हेवन से पैसा आना, दोनों के बीच कुछ न कुछ ताल्लुकात है, इसकी जांच होनी चाहिए और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार को स्पष्टीकरण देना चाहिए, हम मांग करते हैं कि राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार आत्मचिंतन करें और अपनी ही रिपोर्ट को निकालें और उसे लागू करें.

Ebanks' name was also found in Panama Papers. NSA Ajit Doval's second son Shaurya Doval is the head of another fund Zeus Strategic Management Advisors Private Ltd at Cayman Islands.
According to BJP's 2011 Committee Report, we demand the source of funds received from Cayman Islands to be published, Modi govt claims they are fighting against black money and that they won't let companies use Cayman Islands like tax havens to launder money. But there is concrete proof that members of their govt are involved in doing the same, especially after Demonetisation, Everyone is aware of Rajasthan's former CM Vasundhara Raje's son, Himachal Pradesh's former CM's son, Chhattisgarh's former CM's son, BJP President Amit Shah's son Jay Shah and today a new case of corruption and black money laundering has come to light, Between 2000-2017, India received ₹8,300Cr FDI inflows from Cayman Islands. After Demonetisation, India received same amount from Cayman Islands in one year alone. We want RBI to publish the source of funds received from Cayman Islands in the last 1 year
