President Trump Prepares for Major Events in Washington D.C. and Philadelphia

June 22, 2024

Former President Donald Trump is gearing up for a significant day with back-to-back events that are expected to draw large crowds and media attention. In a message delivered from his plane, Trump Force One, he shared his plans for the day, which include attending the Faith and Freedom Coalition's "Road to Majority" conference in Washington D.C. and later, a MAGA rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Faith and Freedom Coalition's "Road to Majority" Conference

The first stop on Trump's agenda is the "Road to Majority" conference, organized by the Faith and Freedom Coalition. This event, known for its strong appeal to conservative Christian voters, will see Trump addressing a large audience in Washington D.C. “We’re heading at a fairly rapid speed to D.C. where we’re doing Faith and Freedom,” Trump said. He emphasized the significance of the group and anticipated a substantial turnout.

MAGA Rally in Philadelphia

Following the conference, Trump will head to Philadelphia for a MAGA rally scheduled for early evening. The rally is expected to attract a large crowd of supporters, as has been typical of Trump’s rallies. “We’re having a big rally later on this evening,” Trump noted, mentioning that the event would be widely covered by television networks due to its high viewership ratings. He commented on the media coverage, stating, “It’s amazing they’re picking it up... if you get ratings, they pick it up. If you don’t get ratings, they don’t pick it up. Very simple business.”

Polls and Election Day

Trump also took the opportunity to discuss recent poll results and the upcoming election. He cited a poll by a respected pollster, which shows him leading President Joe Biden by 10 points. “We had great polls that just came out... 10 points above crooked Joe Biden, the worst president in history,” Trump declared. He emphasized the critical importance of the upcoming election on November 5th, describing it as potentially the most consequential day in American history. “We have to win. If we don’t win, this country is finished. It really is, it’s finished,” he stated passionately.

The Road Ahead

As Trump continues to campaign, his supporters remain energized and his events continue to draw significant media attention. The combination of his high-profile appearances and strong poll numbers sets the stage for a fiercely contested election season. Trump's message from Trump Force One underscores his determination and the high stakes of the upcoming election.
