People from northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) and beyond are gearing up in anticipation of former President Trump's appearance in Luzerne County tonight. Around 10,000 people are expected to come out in Wilkes-Barre township to catch a glimpse of former president Donald Trump, for which some have been camping out for days.

Trump will hold a Save America rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday in support of Republican candidates Doug Mastriano and Dr. Mehmet Oz ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. Dozens of vendors sell all types of Trump merchandise as supporters from all across the nation begin to arrive.

On Friday afternoon, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, joined by Scranton Mayor Paige Cognietti, held a virtual press conference in response to the Trump rally.

It's important that we spend the 65 days learning more about the candidates on both sides, but especially learning the dangers of having someone like Mastriano in the governor's office and Dr. Oz representing Pennsylvania in the senate. We've got a really big divide going on, and we really need to be coming together, not tearing ourselves apart.
