It all comes as the race and the rhetoric are reaching a boiling point. And if they take back the House in November, GOP members are already making plans to impeach President Biden.
The dueling Wilkes-Barre speeches were just days apart from each other. It's also the first time we've heard from former President Donald Trump publicly since the FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate.
