'हमारा घर-हमारा विद्यालय' कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से शासकीय स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों को उनके घर में ही स्कूली वातावरण उपलब्ध कराकर अध्ययन की शुरूआत की गई है। कार्यक्रम के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिये मध्यप्रदेश दूरदर्शन के माध्यम से बुधवार को रात्रि 8:30 बजे प्रमुख सचिव स्कूल शिक्षा श्रीमती रश्मि अरूण शमी एवं आयुक्त राज्य शिक्षा श्री लोकेश कुमार जाटव ने कार्यक्रम की विस्तृत जानकारी दी।

प्रमुख सचिव श्रीमती शमी ने 'हमारा घर-हमारा विद्यालय' योजना में राज्य शासन, शिक्षक, अभिभावक एवं जिले के अधिकारी के उत्तरदायित्वों को विस्तार से बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग की टैग-लाइन 'अब पढ़ाई नहीं रुकेगी' के लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के क्रम में एक महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी है। उन्होंने पालकों से आग्रह किया है कि बच्चों को घर पर भी अध्ययन का वातावरण उपलब्ध कराएं, उन्हें घर में ही एक उचित स्थान दें जहाँ वे बिना किसी व्यवधान के अपनी पढ़ाई कर सकें। ''हमारा घर हमारा विद्यालय'' योजना ऐसी ही एक भावनात्मक पारिवारिक पहल है जो बच्चों को परिवार के सहयोग से घर पर ही पढ़ाई को सुचारु रखने में सहयोगी होगी।

प्रमुख सचिव ने कार्यक्रम में बताया गया कि ''हमारा घर-हमारा विद्यालय'' योजना प्रदेश के कक्षा 1 से 8 तक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए बनाई गई है। विद्यार्थी अब अपने घर पर ही विद्यालय के वातावरण में पढ़ाई कर सकेंगे। घर के स्कूल में प्रातः 10 बजे पालक द्वारा घण्टी/थाली बजाकर स्कूल प्रारम्भ किया जाएगा, इसी प्रकार दोपहर एक बजे घण्टी/थाली बजाकर अवकाश किया जाएगा। इससे बच्चों को घर में ही विद्यालय का आभास होगा। राज्य शिक्षा केन्द्र द्वारा एक सुझावात्मक समय-सारिणी भी पालकों और विद्यार्थियों को उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। जिसके अनुसार सोमवार से शुक्रवार प्रातः 10 से दोपहर 1 बजे तक विषयानुरुप अध्ययन होगा तथा शनिवार को मस्ती की पाठशाला के तहत मनोरंजनात्मक गतिविधियां आयोजित की जायेंगी। वहीं शाम को 2 घंटे विद्यार्थी अपने पारिवारिक बड़े-बुजुर्गों से कहानियां सुनकर उन पर नोट्स तैयार करेंगे और योग तथा अन्य खेलकूद की गतिविधियों का आयोजन अपने घर पर ही करेंगे। राज्य शिक्षा केन्द्र द्वारा इस संबंध में अनेक पारंपरिक गतिविधियों के सुझाव भी दिए गए हैं।

आयुक्त राज्य शिक्षा केन्द्र श्री लोकेश जाटव ने बताया कि कोरोना संकटकाल की स्थिति में छात्रों के निर्बाध सीखने की प्रक्रिया को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग ने कई कार्यक्रम शुरू किए हैं, जिनमें व्हाट्स एप के माध्यम से डिजिलेप- यानी डिजिटल लर्निंग इन्हांसमेंट प्रोग्राम, रेडियो के माध्यम से रेडियो स्कूल, दूरदर्शन मध्यप्रदेश पर क्लास रूम का प्रसारण, पिछले साल की दक्षता उन्नयन वर्कबुक का ग्रीन जोन में वितरण तथा शिक्षकों द्वारा बच्चों को दैनिक आधार पर फोन से संपर्क करना और उनकी पढाई में सहायता करना आदि प्रमुख हैं। इसी कड़ी में अब ''हमारा घर-हमारा विद्यालय'' कार्यक्रम प्रारंभ किया गया है।
