कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गाँधी ने आज कांग्रेस मुख्यालय में प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा की..

PM Modi is "accompanying"  Amit Shah in a press conference, which is an unprecedented event for him. Let me ask him a question right now- Mr. PM, why did you not accept my challenge to debate on corruption in Rafale? जनता 23 मई को निर्णय लेगी और उनका जो भी निर्णय होगा, उस आधार पर ही हम काम करेंगे। हम जनता के निर्णय का आदर करते हैं, Election Commission's role in this election is biased. The entire election schedule is formed primarily to benefit Mr. Modi.

हमने प्रभावी ढंग से जनता के मुद्दे उठाए। मोदी जी के पास असीमित धनबल, मार्केटिंग, टीवी प्रचार था; हमारे पास सिर्फ "सच्चाई" थी और सच्चाई जीतेगी, कांग्रेस पार्टी ने मजबूती से विपक्ष की भूमिका निभाई। हमने मोदी की भ्रष्टाचार-विरोधी सच्चाई की पोल खोली। आज सारे देश में "चौकीदार चोर है" का नारा लग रहा है,
