कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राहुल गाँधी ने आज केरल के कोचीन में अपना भाषण दिया, अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने कहा की आज, मैं कांग्रेस के बूथ अध्यक्षों, पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं का दिल से सम्मान करना चाहता हूं, आप पार्टी की रीढ़ हैं, हमने शक्ति कार्यक्रम शुरू किया है, हमारे सभी कार्यकर्ता इससे जुड़ कर पार्टी नेतृत्व के साथ सीधे बात कर सकते हैं, त्रिवेंद्रम के नियाज़ ने कहा कि भारत में सस्ता और उच्च-गुणवत्ता वाला शिक्षा का ढांचा बनना चाहिए। मैं उनको आश्वस्त करना चाहता हूं कि हम शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सेवा पर खर्च बढ़ाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं,



हम ऐसा भारत नहीं चाहते जहाँ बढ़िया विश्वविद्यालयों और बढ़िया अस्पतालों तक केवल अमीरों की पहुँच हो, मोदी जी ने मनरेगा और खाद्य सुरक्षा को कमजोर कर दिया। उन्होंने लाखों किसानों को उनकी जमीन का अधिकार देने वाले भूमि अधिग्रहण विधेयक को नष्ट किया, कांग्रेस पार्टी ने हमेशा अपने देश के लिये बदलाव का काम किया है। हम बदलाव की राजनीति में विश्वास करते हैं, श्वेत क्रांति ने भारत को दुनिया में दूध का सबसे बड़ा उत्पादक बनाया। हमने ये काम लोगों को एक साथ जोड़कर किया। हमने दूरसंचार क्रांति, आईटी क्रांति और उदारीकरण किया; जिसने हमारे देश को बदलकर रख दिया, मोदी जी ने इस देश की आर्थिक रीढ़ को तोड़ दिया, जिसे कांग्रेस पार्टी ने बेहद सावधानी से तैयार किया था। उन्होंने भारत को ऐसा जीएसटी दिया जो बुनियादी तौर पर त्रुटिपूर्ण था. अपने आप को कम मत समझिए। आरएसएस का कैडर है, सीपीएम का कैडर है, लेकिन हमारे कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं के दिल में भारत बसा है.

Congress President Rahul Gandhi in Cochin Kerela said that - I want every single Congress worker to feel 'Ente booth, ente abhimaan, ente party' ("My booth, my pride, my party"). Congress party belongs to every single one of its members, Chandresh from Alathur said we need more women candidates. The first thing we will do when we win the 2019 election is to pass the Women's Reservation Bill in the Parliament. We want to see women in position of leadership, We have waived off farm loans in the 3 states where we have won elections. We have committed that in 2019, we will have a govt that will make up for all the crimes that Narendra Modi has done against farmers in last 5 years. Mr. Modi promised 2 crore jobs, but he creates only 450 in 24 hours. For the last 5 years, he has provided a maximum income guarantee to 15 of his friends. We have decided, if Narendra Modi can give maximum income guarantee to 15 rich people, we will give minimum income guarantee to every single citizen.


Like MNREGA committed right to work, like RTI committed right to information, like Food Security Bill guarantees right to food, the Congress govt is going to guarantee a minimum income to every poor Indian. Thousands of young Indians who could've got high paid jobs in HAL today have lost the opportunity. No Defence capability is going to be built in India due to Mr. Modi's actions, The NRI communities brought honour to Kerala and stood with Kerala in a traumatic time. The govt did not give support and vision that Kerala needed. The CPM and BJP work on dividing the people of Kerala. The real issue of jobs, protection of farmers was put on the back burner. Congress party respects women of Kerala and at the same time respects the traditions of Kerala. We do not agree with the violence carried out by BJP and CPM. Kerala and India can only grow if there is love and affection and if the people work together. We will not benefit from violence. You don't forget who fought for the freedom of this country. You don't forget all the top leaders of RSS who were begging in front of the British when our leaders were in jail. Kerala is not just a state, it is an idea. It is a way of looking at the world that includes compassion, humility, respect. People of Kerala are helping guide the people of India.
