Florida Governor Ron DeSantis recently broke his silence on the possibility of former President Donald Trump being arrested over allegations of paying hush money to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. When asked by a journalist about his thoughts on the matter and if he would have any role in extradition to New York if charges were brought against Trump, DeSantis responded by saying he had only seen rumors and not facts about the situation.

DeSantis went on to criticize the Manhattan district attorney, whom he referred to as a Soros-funded prosecutor. According to DeSantis, the district attorney, like other Soros-funded prosecutors, weaponizes their office to impose a political agenda on society at the expense of the rule of law and public safety. DeSantis claimed that the prosecutor has downgraded over 50 percent of the felonies to misdemeanors, saying he does not want jail time for the vast majority of crimes. DeSantis further criticized the rise in crime rates in Manhattan and claimed that the citizens have become less safe under the district attorney's watch.

While DeSantis did not comment on the situation of paying hush money to a porn star, he stated that pursuing a political agenda and weaponizing the office of the prosecutor is fundamentally wrong. DeSantis stated that Soros-funded prosecutors are a menace to society and have a reckless political agenda that ignores crime and empowers criminals. He further stated that ordinary New Yorkers and Americans are the real victims of their politicized prosecutions.

DeSantis claimed that he is not involved in the situation and has no interest in getting involved in a manufactured circus by a Soros-funded prosecutor. He is focusing his attention on issues that matter to the people of Florida, such as shutting down CBDC and pending legislation. DeSantis stated that he fights for Floridians and against the Biden administration every single day.

In conclusion, Governor DeSantis criticized Soros-funded prosecutors for weaponizing their offices to pursue political agendas at the expense of the rule of law and public safety.
