Trump Plans Helipad on White House South Lawn! Donald Trump is reportedly planning a major change to the White House South Lawn by adding a permanent helipad for Marine One, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) . The decision is not simply about convenience or aesthetics. Reports suggest the move is being driven by a practical issue involving the new presidential helicopter fleet known as the VH-92A Patriot.
