NEW TODAY: WI Gubernatorial candidate Rebecca Kleefisch is holding a law enforcement round table with former VP Mike Pence and former WI Governor Scott Walker at Pewaukee in Waukesha County. Additional campaign stops include Wausau & Rhinelander along with congressman Tom Tiffany.

We are less than one week away from the fall primary election. And some of the candidates running for Wisconsin's top job are getting an 11th-hour boost from fellow politicians with some pretty big games ie. Donald Trump, Mike Pence, and many more.

We came all the way out here to the Pewaukee at the Ingleside Hotel where in just a few hours Former Vice President Mike Pence will be right here with current gubernatorial candidate Rebecca Kleefisch. The former Lieutenant Governor is also going to be joined by former Governor Scott Walker. That isn't the only big name that's heading to Wisconsin but I will have a little bit more about that coming up a little bit later.

Now, this stop is part of Kleefisch's Take Back Wisconsin tour. Both pence and Kleefisch will be here along with Walker. As I mentioned, along with law enforcement to hold a roundtable conversation here at the Hotel before heading out to other campaigns. The campaign stops in Wausau and Rhinelander later today.

I mentioned a little bit earlier that Pence's visit isn't the only big name that's heading to Wisconsin this week. We also know that former President Donald Trump will be in Waukesha on Friday to support the candidate that he endorsed. Tim Michel's endorsement came back in June. Tim is a co-owner of Michels Corporation in Wisconsin.

Both of these candidates are on the ballot. That is happening coming up on Tuesday and the running against Ádám Fischer and state Rep. Timothy Ramthun. Now those 4 candidates are running, as I mentioned in the primary that happening on Tuesday and whoever wins. That contest will face governor Tony Evers coming up in the election in November. So a big day ahead, not only from Kleefisch coming up for Michael's a little bit later this week.
