Modi 2.0 के 100 दिन पूरे होने पर क्या बोली कांग्रेस पार्टी ?

           

BJP has completed 100 days in power. During our days there was CAG who spoke of notional losses, during their days, there is a notional CAG. The govt is all about tall statues, fast trains, how many bills were passed, how many seats were won. What work was done, what procedure was followed, there is no discussion on that.If only winning elections is about achievement then you’ve certainly achieved a lot. Running a Government, with transparency, letting institutions do their job, there you have achieved nothing.Supreme Court recently questioned Govt about extension of some mining leases by 50 yrs without auction. You changed the law retrospectively, gave an extension of 50 yrs to all leases before Mines & Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act of 2015.Late Mr Arun Jaitley, wrote a sharp blog saying that auction should be the route. Now that BJP is in power, you’ve extended lease of 358 mines without any auction, why? There are 288 more pending clearance.SC issued a notice 5 months ago, you were busy at increasing your seats. First week of August, SC again gave you three weeks, that time has expired again. Now that you’re in power, you’re mum on all this.What was the reason that you did not do auctions? Which industrialist were you trying to oblige that you got that bill passed.You have snatched the rights of the states who could have earned some revenue through the auction route, after all, there is federal structure in this country.We want to know why this bill has not been sent to the parliamentary standing committee for a review. Was it only about showing numbers, that so many bills were passed.When SC said in 2012 & 2014 that auction should be the preferred route, unless a more financially feasible route is found, why did you choose this. It’s neither an alternative that saves money nor auction. It’s only to benefit some of your friends.
The assessment is that this has cost the nation at least ₹ 4 lakh crores. Who benefited, who extended the benefit, why was it done, how much one benefitted, should be investigated and what will you do with those guilty.
