सांसद श्री Rahul Gandhi एवं मुख्यमंत्री श्री Bhupesh Baghel ने राजधानी रायपुर के अटल नगर में आयोजित किसान आभार सम्मेलन में किसानों को कृषि ऋण माफी प्रमाण पत्र वितरण किया।

रायपुर में राहुल गाँधी ने कहा की - जब हम विपक्ष में थे तो जब भी हम किसानों के कर्जा माफ की बात करते थे और सरकार से पूछते थे, तो सरकार कहती थी हमारे पास पैसा नहीं है, हम ये काम नहीं कर सकते, हिन्दुस्तान के चौकीदार के पास छत्तीसगढ़ के किसानों के लिये 6000 करोड़ रुपये नहीं है लेकिन अनिल अंबानी के लिये 30,000 करोड़ रुपये है, क्या कारण है कि किसान अपना पैसा बीमा कंपनी को देता है और ओला पड़ने पर किसान को उसका पैसा नहीं मिलता। पूरा फायदा अनिल अंबानी की कंपनी को जाता है,

Rahul Gandhi Address The Rally in Raipur, Chhatisgarh and said that Whenever Congress took up the issue of farm loan waiver, the previous BJP govt of Chhattisgarh denied claiming the govt had no money, Land is taken away from farmers and given to industrialists. Land Acquisition policy ensured that if the land is not put to use within 5 years of acquisition then it will be given back to the farmer,Farmers pay for insurance, but when their crops are damaged due to excess rainfall or drought, they don't get the insurance money. Insurance companies make profit our of it.




We have now taken a step that no govt has taken before. We have decided to give every poor person a Minimum Income Guarantee when we form the govt. This is a historic step taken to eradicate hunger and poverty,

We cannot build a new India while millions of our brothers & sisters suffer the scourge of poverty.

If voted to power in 2019, the Congress is committed to a Minimum Income Guarantee for every poor person, to help eradicate poverty & hunger.
