Greg Abbott—one migrant told me he believes the border is "open." We are looking at a bus right now on its way to Kamala Harris's house. The migrants were on that bus, and now this bus was sent directly to Kamala Harris's house, the vice president's residence. We don't know what is going to happen once they get off of this bus in Washington. We are monitoring this and who is on this bus because, of course, we know that Kamala Harris hasn't done anything about the wide-open border. The other day, she said it was secure. So perhaps she'll change her mind once we see who gets off of this bus. It will be at The Orchards Restaurant in Chambersburg. Some lower-priced tickets are sold out, but others are available for $1000 or more. The free rally will start with gates opening at 3:30 p.m. Guest speakers are scheduled to deliver speeches at 4:30 p.m. and run through 6 p.m. A paid-ticket reception will be held inside Orchards Restaurant after the completion of this rally. A possible rail strike has been averted after rail companies and union negotiators worked together for more than 20 hours to reach a tentative agreement, according to President Biden. We just got word shortly after 4 a.m. about that tentative deal; again, it is a tentative deal. The unions still have to vote on it. But here's the good news: the president and the secretary of labor say we are going to avoid that strike and we're going to avoid the economic consequences that would have come as a result. President Joe Biden will speak at the JFK library today at 4:00 PM about that initiative that hits home for his family and many others. President Joe Biden traveling to Boston on Monday to speak on his cancer moonshot initiative.  Initially started in 2016 and then reunited earlier this year. The initiate they hope to cut cancer rates by 50% over the next 25 years. There a scientific discovery, data sharing, and collaboration.
