Srushti Jayant Deshmukh posting in which district?
Earlier Srushti Deshmukh (UPSC 2018 5th Topper) was posted in the Narsingpur District of Madhya Pradesh. She was in charge as SDM Gadarwara of Narsingpur Distt. After completing her training from (LBSNAA - Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासन अकादमी) her first district was Dindori, where she takes the charge of ADM (जनपद पंचायत बजाग). Recently she left the Dindori Distt. She wrote: And that's a Wrap..! Left Dindori last week with the good wishes of my Seniors. Starting from my Former Collector B Karthikeyan sir, Ratnakar Jha Sir, Arun Sir, Anju Mam, and Satyam Sir. They made me feel at home and taught me so much.
From Baigas to Gond paintings, from Land Survey to Covid Management, there was a lot that I've learnt. Dindori will be etched in me always.
Now joined as SDM Gadarwara in Narsinghpur.

" Hamara Ghar - Hamara Vidyalaya “ Prog of the MP Govt is trying to bridge schooling in these Covid times. Students study in small groups at homes connected through WhatsApp groups where supplementary learning material is provided. Teachers make visits to help out and guide children.
We face challenges in Remote Areas where there is no network. Recorded pen drive courses shown on TV at Panchayat Bhawan is the next best alternative.
In photo #3,4,5 is little Ragini, Monica and Karishma whose parents are migrant labourers and so they dropped out of school. While they are back now, it’s our best chance to get them back into schools. Education is the best hope for the future.... isn’t it?
Telling about Baiga Community LifeStyle she wrote: This is the simple daily diet of a Baiga Family. On the menu is Chench Bhaji, Chakora Bhaji, Makke ka Pej as a drink and the red dried flowers are Aamta, which add a sour taste to the curry, finally served with a chilly. Bhaat or Rice is an accompaniment at night. Could finally taste the bhaji and Pej!!
These vegetable leaves are collected from the forests every week, dried in sun and then used. Other vegetables find their way in the kitchen when there's enough money for them.
In the final picture, 'the joy of seeing your friend go ahead' or the happy anticipation to see him fall..!

शासनादेश के परिपालन में सुश्री देशमुख ने सहायक कलेक्टर जिला डिंडौरी के पद से स्थानांतरित होने पर गुरूवार 22 जुलाई को जिले में अपनी उपस्थिति दी है।विदित है कि राज्य शासन द्वारा उन्हें गाडरवारा एसडीएम के रूप में पदस्थ किया गया है।
इसके साथ ही कलेक्टर ने संयुक्त कलेक्टर एवं एसडीएम गाडरवारा श्री प्रमोद सेन गुप्ता को कलेक्टर कार्यालय की समस्त शाखाओं के प्रभारी अधिकारी का प्रभार सौंपा है। श्री सेन गुप्ता को सामान्य निर्वाचन शाखा तथा स्थानीय निर्वाचन को छोड़कर संयुक्त कलेक्टर एवं अनुविभागीय राजस्व अधिकारी तेंदूखेड़ा श्री राजेश शाह को कलेक्टर कार्यालय की सौंपी गई शाखाओं का प्रभार दिया गया है। इसके अलावा कलेक्टर द्वारा डिप्टी कलेक्टर एवं अनुविभागीय राजस्व अधिकारी नरसिंहपुर श्री राधेश्याम बघेल को अपने कार्य के साथ- साथ कलेक्टर कार्यालय की भू- अर्जन शाखा का प्रभार भी सौंपा गया है।
LATEST: राज्य शासन के आदेशानुसार 20 जुलाई 2023 को अनुविभागीय राजस्व अधिकारी गाडरवारा श्रीमती सृष्टि देशमुख गौड़ा की पदस्थापना मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी जिला पंचायत सीईओ बुरहानपुर के पद पर की गई है।
कलेक्टर ने एसडीएम गाडरवारा श्रीमती सृष्टि देशमुख गौड़ा को 24 जुलाई को अपरान्ह नवीन पदस्थापना पर उपस्थिति देने के लिए भारमुक्त किया गया है। कलेक्टर ने आदेश जारी कर डिप्टी कलेक्टर एवं अनुविभागीय राजस्व अधिकारी तेंदूखेड़ा सुश्री संघमित्रा गौतम को अपने कार्य के साथ- साथ आगामी आदेश तक अस्थाई तौर पर एसडीएम गाडरवारा का प्रभार सौंपा है।
