Ian is moving towards Florida, now a category 3. It could slow down once it hits Florida. This means Floridians are going to experience the impacts of this storm for a very long time. The FEMA administrator just got back from Miami and briefed the media from the White House Tuesday. Storm surge is a leading cause of hurricane-related fatalities.
